Passport:

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned departure from Poland. It must have been issued within the last 10 years and contain at least two blank pages.

The government needs proof of your capability to fund your stay, such as the bank account statements for the last three months (preferably showing a minimum balance of €3000) and ITR acknowledgement for the last two years. The bank statements should be signed and stamped by your bank. 

Additional documents:

You must also submit documents confirming other circumstances in the visa application. These may include an invitation letter, a sponsorship letter, etc.

Minors applying for a Poland visa must provide the following additional documents:

• Birth certificate;

• Copies of the passport, PAN card, or driving license of both parents or legal guardians;

• Travel authorisation signed by the holder(s) of parental authority, along with a copy of his/her/their identity document (if the minor is not travelling with his/her parents or guardian);

• Proof of parental authority, wherever needed.
